Terms and Conditions Fratelli Zenzerelli GmbH

1. Validity of the terms and conditions and conclusion of a contract

The following general terms and conditions of Fratelli Zenzerelli GmbH apply exclusively to all deliveries. Conditions of the customer that deviate from these do not apply, except with the prior written consent of Fratelli Zenzerelli GmbH.

The order is confirmed by the provider. The contract is considered concluded as soon as the buyer receives the confirmation. We reserve the right to adjust prices and ranges.

2. Prices and special offers

The prices are given in Swiss Francs (CHF) including VAT. Shipping costs are charged separately depending on the order quantity.

3. Terms of delivery

Fratelli Zenzerelli GmbH currently only delivers within Switzerland to people who are at least 18 years old. Delivery usually takes place within 5 working days. If a longer delivery period is necessary, the customer will be informed at the latest after this time has elapsed. If no information is given, the customer is entitled to waive delivery.

4. Warranty

The buyer must immediately check the delivered goods for integrity and correctness. In the case of deliveries that were damaged during transport, as well as incorrect deliveries of products, we ask you to notify us immediately by e-mail to info@zenzerello.ch. Please attach some photos of the defective delivery to your email. If no complaint is made within 3 days of receipt of the order, the delivery is deemed to be flawless.

5. Revocation

There is no statutory right of withdrawal and no right to return or exchange of ordered products is granted for our products.

6. Protection of minors

According to the legal regulations, our ginger liqueur may only be sold to people who have reached the age of 18. By placing an order on www.zenzerello.ch, the customer accepts these provisions and confirms that he is entitled to purchase. The ordering of alcoholic beverages by young people is expressly prohibited.

7. Application of law and place of jurisdiction

Swiss law is agreed for all contracts concluded in accordance with these terms and conditions. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Thun, Switzerland.
